Board Improvements
Calculate and Plot NPS / CSAT Scores
You can now plot NPS or CSAT scores directly in Boards to better understand how sentiment shifts across key segments. Break down scores by Unwrap Groups or custom fields like product line, customer tier, or region to answer questions such as “Which product areas are driving detractors?” or “Where are our biggest promoters hiding?” Use these views to quickly pinpoint friction, rally around wins, and prioritize the product bets that will move the needle fastest.

Organize Boards with Section Headers

You can now add full-width text headings between rows of charts to organize related visualizations across your dashboard. Simply hover between visualizations to reveal the add button, give your section a title, and drag it into position as your board evolves.
Lock Date Ranges
Keep your boards fixed to a specific time period by locking the date range. Choose a preset window—last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year—or set a custom range. Locked boards stay consistent when shared, so your QBR dashboard always shows the quarter you intended and stakeholders see the same data regardless of when they view it.

Customize Row Limits for Horizontal Bar Charts
Take control of how much data to display with customizable row limits on horizontal bar charts. Whether you want a focused view of your top 5 Groups or a comprehensive breakdown of 25+ custom field values, the bar chart automatically adjusts with a scrollable layout.
Quality of Life Improvements
Merging Groups

If you find two Groups in your taxonomy that are too similar, you can merge them together, reducing clutter. You can also move one Group's children over into another parent Group that you want to merge it with.
Navigation Tabs for Explore Page

Navigate your taxonomy faster with new tabs on the Explore page. Filter to "New" to see recently created Groups, "In Progress" to track Groups that are still building, or "My Groups" to focus on the ones you own.
One-Click Create Linked Actions from Slack or Digest
Received a digest email or Real-Time Alert about an escalating customer issue? Create tickets in Jira, Asana, or Linear with one click—directly from Slack or email.
