Aircall Transcripts

Unwrap can ingest call recording transcripts from Aircall.

Prerequisites:

  • You must have call recording enabled on the phone number(s) you intend to use with this integration.

  • If you are NOT paying for Aircall's AI Assist Pro features, then Unwrap will need to perform the call transcription. Please let you Unwrap representative know if you have these features enabled or not.

Step 1: Generate an Aircall API ID + Token

  • Visit Aircall's settings page and go to API Keys > Add a new API key

  • Hold on to the generated API ID and API Token

Step 2: Input integration details

Unwrap will ask you to enter:

  • A name for the integration

  • The API ID you generated in the last step

  • The API token you generated in the last step

Optionally, you may need to enter:

  • 1 or 0, for whether you'd like Unwrap to use Deepgram to transcribe your call recordings. Turn this on (1) if you are not paying for Aircall's AI Assist Pro features. An Unwrap representative can help you determine the right choice here.

  • 1 or 0, for whether you'd like to filter out calls marked by Aircall as outbound. This usually comprises only a small percentage of total call volume, but can help reduce the amount of non-relevant transcripts making it into the Unwrap platform.
