Unwrap integrates with Front to bring in conversation transcripts

Step 1: Get a Front API Token

Follow Front's instructions for generating an API token.

Step 2: Input integration details

Unwrap will ask you to enter:

  • A name for the Front integration

  • The API token you generated

Additionally, you can optionally enter:

  • Inbox names to explicitly include or exclude from the integration, as a comma-separated list. If you leave both of these blank, Unwrap will import messages from all your inboxes in Front.

  • Tags to exclude, as a comma-separated list. Unwrap will not ingest conversations with any of the tags in this list. Leave blank to apply no tag-based conversation filtering.

  • Custom rate limit. Leave blank unless instructed by your Unwrap representative. We make use of this if you're running multiple Front integrations with separate API tokens that may add up to exceed your overall Front API rate limits.
