Adding Data

There are a number of ways to get your feedback data into Unwrap, including both manual uploads and automated integrations.

Automated integrations

We integrate with 100s of sources directly, not all of which are displayed on the Integrations page.

Once an integration is configured, Unwrap will automatically pull in new feedback each night. If there's an integration you'd like to use that you don't see on our Integrations page, please send us an email at contact@unwrap.ai.

Self-service integrations

Certain integrations you can set up yourself, without any help from Unwrap. See Integrating Feedback for comprehensive instructions on several Integrations offered on Unwrap, including App Stores, CRMs, public forums and CSV upload.
