How to set up a new integration

Many integrations you can set up yourself, without any help from Unwrap. See Integrating Feedback for comprehensive instructions on several Integrations offered on Unwrap, including App Stores, CRMs, public forums and CSV upload.

The video below walks through setting up a new Twitter integration. Please note, in this example, authentication with a username and password or an API token are not required to set up the integration but for most private data sources, including support and survey platforms, you may be required to authenticate with credentials during the integration process.
